Shipping Policy

  • Shortages and damage must be reported within 3 business days, email: jay@cantribe.com
  • Any discrepancy or damages must be noted on freight bill and signed by driver at the time of delivery.
  • Please retain merchandise and signed documents.   Carrier has right to inspect so claim can be filed for reimbursement.
  • Without signing damages or shortage, claim will be rejected by carrier.
  • Carriers may impose surcharge for lift gate, delivery appointment and special services at carrier's discretion.  CanTribe will pass on any of these charges.
  • It is VERY IMPORTANT to take all items in when delivered.  Please do not return or reject any items with the carrier.
